The services and time slots offered by the School are described on its website at the following address https://laglissepourtous.com/. The School reserves the right to modify these services and time slots at any time. The availability of a service is confirmed at the time of booking, subject to article 7.2.
The main services offered by the School are as follows:
3.1.1 Equipment provided. For the GOTOSKI, anyone who can stand upright with support (for example, leaning on a desk) for 30 seconds can potentially ski for 1.5 hours in the morning and 1.5 hours in the afternoon. The GOTOSKI also allows able-bodied people to discover skiing while progressing safely and exploring the ski area.
The time spent gliding and the choice of equipment will be confirmed with the Participant on the day of the service.
3.1.2 Participant Equipment. It is recommended to wear a helmet, sunglasses or a mask depending on the weather.
Participants must wear appropriate mountain clothing for skiing and the weather: ski socks, ski pants, a weather-appropriate jacket/coat, gloves, and optional liner gloves in case of low temperatures. We recommend avoiding double pairs of socks or leggings. In very low temperatures, it is best to wear ski tights. Participants must wear ski boots for the GOTOSKI event.
3.2.1 Proposed time slots.
Skiing or snowboarding is offered in four distinct time slots during the opening time of the ski lifts: (i) morning, (ii) midday, (iii) afternoon, (iv) day.
3.2.2 Supervision. Each outing is supervised with a maximum of four (4) Participants per instructor, unless expressly authorized by the School.

3.3.1 Proposed time slots.
Ski touring is offered according to two distinct time slots:
3.3.2 Supervision. Each outing is supervised with a maximum of four (4) Participants per instructor, unless expressly authorized by the School.
3.3.3 Mandatory Participant Equipment. Participation in a ski touring outing is conditional upon each Participant being equipped, either personally or through rental, with the following equipment, in good working order:
The School reserves the right to refuse access to the outing to any Participant who does not present this equipment in working order. This refusal does not entitle the Participant to any refund, as the responsibility for the absence or malfunction of the equipment rests solely with the Participant.
3.3.4 Safety Equipment Rental. The School offers two (2) avalanche transceiver/shovel/probe kits for rent, subject to availability. This limited availability of two kits is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; Clients are advised to confirm availability at the time of booking. The rental price for one kit is €10. A headlamp will be provided for night outings.
3.3.5 Recommendation regarding avalanche transceiver proficiency. The School strongly recommends that any Participant not proficient in the use of their avalanche transceiver complete the avalanche transceiver search initiation course described in section 3.4 before any ski touring outing. The Client acknowledges having been informed of this recommendation. If this initiation is not completed, the Participant remains solely responsible for any consequences resulting from insufficient proficiency with safety equipment, and the School cannot be held liable in this regard.
The School offers an introductory service allowing the Participant to familiarize themselves with the use of their avalanche victim detector, shovel and probe, prior to practicing ski touring.
We will meet in Plagne Village for an introduction to avalanche transceiver search techniques. The training lasts between 30 minutes and over an hour, depending on the number of participants and their prior knowledge.
3.5.1 Group activities (downhill skiing, ski touring) assume a similar technical level among participants. Given the school's inability to verify each participant's exact level prior to booking, the participant is responsible for the level they declare. Consequently, the school reserves the right to adjust the difficulty level of the scheduled activity based on the participants' technical ability, without this entitling the participant to a refund or credit.
3.5.2 Participants are natural persons of legal age or minors (the "Participants"). The participation of minors in a service is subject to the authorization and responsibility of their legal representative.
Depending on the service purchased and the layout of the ski area, the Participant may be required to ski in sectors connected to neighboring ski areas. Any dispute concerning the Participant's skiing in such a sector must be submitted in writing to the School management by the Participant or, if a minor, by their legal guardian, no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the start of the service.
4.1 General Pricing Principle. Subject to the specific pricing provided for in Article 4.2 for the introduction to avalanche transceiver research, the prices of the services offered by the School are established according to the period (season, school holidays, etc.) and the chosen time slot (morning, midday, afternoon or full day), based on a maximum of four (4) Participants. These prices are published and kept up to date on the School's website, at the following address: https://laglissepourtous.com/en/pricing.php.
The School may change the prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect on the date of booking by the Client.
4.2 Introduction to avalanche transceiver search. This service is subject to a separate charge from that provided for in article 4.1, specific to the introduction to avalanche transceiver search.
4.3 Any additional service (equipment rental, additional supervision, etc.) or modification of the services offered by the School will be subject to separate billing, specified before booking.
Beyond four (4) Participants, each additional Participant is charged €15 (fifteen euros) per hour per person, in addition to the base rate applicable to the period and time slot concerned.
5.1 The reservation becomes firm and final upon receipt of full payment for the service, made online, by telephone or on site.
When booking, the Client provides the first and last name, age of the Participants, and their skill level for the booked service. The Client also provides an email address to receive the booking confirmation.
5.2 A booking confirmation is sent to the Client by email to the address provided by the Client when booking, as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
5.3 Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer.

The Client acknowledges being informed of this and may not exercise such a right solely by virtue of making a reservation.
Any cancellation by the Client must be notified in writing to contact@laglissepourtous.com. Such a cancellation does not, in principle, entitle the Client to any refund, pursuant to Article 6.
The School may, however, offer the Client, subject to availability and the current season, a postponement of the service to a later date or a credit note.
As an exception, if the cancellation takes place 10 days or more before the date of the reserved service, the School may offer a refund of the service, at its sole discretion.
The School reserves the right to cancel, postpone or interrupt a service, particularly in the event of:
Except in cases of non-compliance with safety instructions or unsuitability of the Participant, when the cancellation or interruption results from a cause independent of the School's will, the latter will offer as a priority a postponement of the service to a later date; if no agreement on a postponement is reached, a credit will be granted to the Client, where applicable pro rata to the service not performed.
In the event of illness or injury preventing the Participant from attending the booked service, no refund will be issued. The School may offer to reschedule the service under the same conditions as outlined in Article 7.1. Furthermore, upon request, the School may provide a paid invoice or a certificate enabling the Client to claim reimbursement from their personal insurance or cancellation insurance policy. Clients are advised to verify the extent of their cancellation insurance coverage before booking.

It is their responsibility to take out individual accident insurance and civil liability insurance appropriate for mountain activities, including off-piste skiing.
8.3 Instructor's Obligation of Means and Participant's Vigilance. Skiing and related snow sports take place in an environment that is inherently unpredictable. Therefore, it is the responsibility of each Participant to personally ensure their own safety and that of others, and to follow the instructions given by the instructor. The instructor's liability in this respect is limited to an obligation of means.

The School's instructors cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from this equipment, nor in the event of its theft or deterioration.
8.5 No liability for the actions of others. Subject to the provisions of article 8.3, the School is not liable for accidents caused by other Participants or skiers.
In the event of an accident during the activity, rescue and evacuation operations will be handled by the relevant services (ski patrol, emergency services, police) until their arrival on the scene. Rescue, evacuation, and repatriation costs remain the responsibility of the Participant, subject to any coverage provided by their personal insurance or the optional insurance referred to in Article 8.2.
Any resale of the services offered by the School, in particular through third-party platforms, websites or applications, is prohibited without the express prior consent of the School.
